Wrestling Practice Schedule
(All practices will be in the High School Wrestling Room)
**Be there 5 minutes before practice starts**
Pre-K & K (4 & 5 year olds):
Wednesdays 5:15p - 6:00p through February
1st, 2nd, and 3rd year wrestlers (regardless of age):
From December through February practices will be held Mondays from 5:45 - 6:45 and Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:00. In March, we will be hold practice on Mondays and Thursdays 5:45 - 6:45.
4th year wrestlers and above (regardless of age):
From December through February practices will be held Mondays from 6:45 - 8:15 and Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:15. In March, we will be hold practice on Mondays and Thursdays 6:45 - 8:15.
Note: A Wrestler may be moved to a different practice time depending on his/her skill level, but the move must be approved by a Coach.
